A deposit of £150 is payable on booking. This may be refunded up to one month after the date of booking, but is not refundable thereafter. A second deposit of 50% of the remaining balance is payable three months before the wedding. The remaining balance is then payable one month before the wedding. These payments are not refundable.

One print can be supplied free of charge, for you to send to the local press.

There is no charge for travel up to 30 miles. Beyond this there is have a fixed scale of charges.

Re-order print prices are charged at the rates available at the time of the reordering.

Sizes quoted are approximate. Every effort is made to ensure correct colour balance but cannot guarantee exact colour matching. Owing to anomalous reflectance caused by a combination of certain dyes and materials, especially man-made fibres, it is sometimes impossible to record on film/digital media the exact colour of materials as seen by the human eye.

Negatives and digital files are retained for a minimum of 10 years.

The 1988 Copyright Act means that it is strictly illegal to copy, or allow to be copied, any photographs covered by this contract.

David Hoad Photography reserves the right to use the negatives/digital files and any prints for display, promotional and any other purposes.

We will endeavour to take all photographs agreed. However, it may not be possible due to circumstances beyond our control e.g. if timings or events are altered without our knowledge.
